ReferEASE fosters respect for officials by empowering them to interact effectively with coaches, players, and fans.

From creating positive first impressions to deflecting verbal abuse, you'll be able to develop personal authority and drive confidence on the field, in the arena, or gym.

Sport Manitoba has partnered with ReferEASE to create a blended training program for sports officials in the province. Once you follow the online course and pick up the basic tools, you'll be able to hone your skills in an in-person clinic led by dedicated facilitators.

ReferEASE was first piloted by Sport Manitoba in 2011 through in-person clinics for sports officials active in all sports.

This online module builds on the many past years of experience.

Officials who complete the online course can hone their skills in in-person follow-up clinics.
